Why are the color options general, and not specific?
General color options are ideal for filtering, searching and most importantly standaraization. The creativity in this hobby would make it impossible to standardize color selection, which would lead to many color options, which isn't ideal for searching, filtering or creation.
How do I update various dropdown values around endgames.io?
Joining our Discord server is the best and fastest way to make suggestions. We understand the evoling nature of this hobby so we'd like our users to feel comfortable making suggestions, so we can keep endgames.io accurate. Feel free to suggest new mods, colors, switches, lube, pcb specficiations, filters, etc..
How is my username used?
Your username is used to identify yourself around the platform. Setting a username, also gives you a shorter profile url. For example: "/user/username"
How is my reddit username used?
Your reddit username is used as the fallback value if you don't set your username. Your reddit username won't be used in your profile url though.
What is a wishlist?
A wishlist is a collection of items you wish you owned or will own one day.
What is a favorites list?
While using our platform, you can add items to your favorites by clicking "Like" or the heart icon.
Why should I make my profile public?
A public profile makes your profile public. This will allow other users to view your collection, sound tests, and your items for sale. A public profile will also include your collection keyboard collection items on the homepage when you upload your own photos.
Why should I select preferred designers?
When viewing a product page, you will quickly be able to see if the product was designed by one of your preferred designers.
Why should I select preferred vendors?
When viewing a product page, you will quickly be able to see if the product is sold by one of your preferred vendors.
How do I create a keyboard?
You can go here to create a keyboard, or while on the keyboards page, you can click "Submit keyboard" in the navigation menu.
How do I create a keycap set?

How do I create an artisan?
You can go here to create a keyboard, or while on the artisans page, you can click "Submit artisan" in the navigation menu.
How do I create a deskmat?

How do I modify an item I created?
At the moment, we don't allow users to modify items they created. We recommend, making a post in our discord server to notify an admin to modify the item.
How do I filter __?
While browsing keyboards, keycaps, artisans or deskmats you'll see filters below the search bar. You can filter by various fields on each entity, along with interacting with quick filters which select a group of filters to apply.
How do I add to my collection?
Browse products on keyboards, keycaps, artisans or deskmats pages. You can add an item to your collection on the browse pages by hovering over the image and clicking "Collect" or by clicking the product and then click "Add to collection" on the product page.

Does endgames analyze my collection?
On the collection page, there is a tab named "Analysis" that provides information about your collection.
Should my profile be public?
We recommend making your profile public, so other users can view and leave comments on your collection. A public profile will also allow your collection to be seen on the homepage and on product pages. You can go here, then Preferences to make your profile public.
How do I modify my collection item?
You can go here to view your collection. Click an item to view your collection item page. On this page, you'll see "UPDATE" and "DELETE" buttons. You can only delete unsold items.
What are sound tests?
Sounds tests provide an audio/visual experience to keyboard builds. It allows you to show off how the configuration you built sounds. Sound tests can be quite subjective though. For example, your microphone, desk, deskmat, surroundings, etc. are all important factors that can impact a sound test. Therefore identical builds can sound quite different.
How do I create a sound test?
Choose a keyboard from the keyboards page. On the keyboard product page, you're able to create a sound test by clicking the "Add your sound test" in the "Sound tests" section. Also, you can submit a sound test by going to the sound tests page. This page contains all sound tests and you're able to use the filters to interact with them.
Where do I see sales information?
First select a product from keyboards, keycaps, artisans or deskmats page. On the product page, you'll see a section for sales. As a user you're allowed to report sales on our platform. From there, we will build a neat graph that shows other users how the specific product is reselling in the aftermarket. These sales represent aftermarket sales, and not the sales from specific vendors.
How do I report a sale?
The specific item needs to be in your collection. From there, when viewing your collection or on the collection item page, there will be a "For sale" button to mark an item for sale. Once sold, you can then report a sale by clicking "Record sale".
How is sales data used?
Once we get enough data, we will begin to use previous sales data to give sale price recommendations, calculate collection worth, and other metrics viewable in the Analysis tab.
What is a group buy?
A group buy (or GB) is the keyboard community's term for crowd funding. Products in group buy must reach a certain amount of products sold before manufacturing can start. After the buy hits it's MOQ (minimum order quantity), and the group buy period ends, production will begin. This means that if that certain number is not reached before the predetermined time set for the group buy, the product will not be made, and participants will be refunded. Products are not sold by quantity, and therefore cannot be sold out. [source]

What is an interest check?
An interest check (or IC), is the first phase in the creation of a new product. The goal of an interest check is for the designer or vendor to collect feedback on a product. The feedback collected is crucial in determining potential interest which can impact price, availability and other variables. After a successful interest check, a group buy will happen.
